High Frequency Motorised Spindle
Newgold high frequency motorized spindles and motors have been
servicing and rewinding for the last 25 years in world label reputed
companies like GMN, Gamfior, IBAG, Voumard etc.
We completely service rewinding ball bearing fittings and vibration and
balancing by reputed ABRO balancing machine in micro gm by
international balancing grade 2. And after completion the spindle and
high frequency motor are checked by assembly balancing platform.
We have the experience of thousands the spindles during last 20 years
ranging from 10.000 RPM to 120000 RPM in various types of spindle
precision grinding and vertical milling centers and other purpose
machines.
We have the capacity of manufacturing the Newgold high frequency
spindle and high frequency motor from 5000 to 100000 RPM and from 220
volt to 415 volt with the best design and high quality balancing along
with the safety enter locking by thermistor and PTC.
The insulation is checked by 2000 Mega ohm, for the grinding process and milling process.
